Marketing Site Privacy Notice

Clawvisor, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we," "us," "our"), operates the public marketing pages at spirehawk.ai. This notice describes how we handle personal information collected through those pages.

This notice does not apply to the Spirehawk product. The Spirehawk desktop software and the cloud service at app.spirehawk.ai are governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which addresses conversation content, usage data, and account information. Information collected through these marketing pages is not associated with your Spirehawk account, and we do not use it to identify you as a customer.

We are the controller of the personal information described in this notice.

Automatically. When you visit these pages, we and our service providers collect your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you view, the time and duration of your visit, the referring page that directed you here, and your interactions with the pages. This is collected only where analytics is active for you, as described in section 3.

Information you provide. If you complete a form to request a demonstration, join a waitlist, or contact us, we collect the information you submit, which typically includes your name, business email address, and company name.

We assign each browser a randomly generated identifier so that repeat visits are counted as a single visitor. That identifier is not derived from your personal information and is not shared with the Spirehawk product. We do not attempt to determine the identity of individual visitors from their IP address, and we do not use identity-resolution or data-enrichment services to obtain contact information about visitors who have not contacted us.

We do not record your screen or session, we do not run advertising technology on these pages, and we do not track you across other websites.

These pages use two categories of cookies and browser storage:

• Strictly necessary, for page delivery, site security and bot detection, and to remember your privacy choice.
• Analytics, to count visits and understand which pages are used.

Only the analytics category is optional, and what happens by default depends on where you are:

• European Economic Area, and any visitor whose location we cannot determine: analytics is off until you choose to enable it. We ask before anything optional is stored.
• United Kingdom: analytics runs on the statistical-purposes basis described in section 6, and you are told about it and can switch it off immediately.
• United States and elsewhere: analytics runs, and you can switch it off at any time.

Everywhere, a Cookie settings link in the footer lets you review or change your choice, including withdrawing it later. When you turn analytics off we stop it in your browser. We honour Global Privacy Control signals. Your choice is stored in a strictly necessary first-party cookie so we do not have to ask again, and we keep a dated record of it.

The Spirehawk product is separate and does not use analytics of this kind; our Privacy Policy describes the cookies it sets.

• Ploy builds and hosts these pages and provides visit measurement. It receives your IP address, browser information, the pages you request, your interactions with them, and information you submit through forms. It receives no information from the Spirehawk product.
• PostHog provides aggregate pageview analytics, processed in the United States. It receives your IP address, browser information, and the pages you view. It does not record sessions and does not hold a persistent identifier for you.
• Cloudflare delivers these pages and provides bot detection.
• Calendly provides the scheduler on our demonstration page. It receives the information you enter when booking. For visitors in the European Economic Area the scheduler does not load until you choose to load it.

These providers serve the marketing pages. Our Privacy Policy separately identifies the providers used by the Spirehawk product, which do not include these.

We use this information to operate and improve these pages, to understand which pages are useful, and, where you have submitted a form, to respond and to provide information about Spirehawk. We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use information collected through these pages to train machine-learning models.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information described in this notice by contacting support@spirehawk.ai. Requests are processed manually, and we do not offer a guaranteed response time.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection.

Our legal bases are as follows. In the European Economic Area, analytics is based on your consent, which we ask for before any optional storage and which you may withdraw at any time through Cookie settings. In the United Kingdom, analytics is used solely to produce statistics about how these pages are used in order to improve them, and we rely on the statistical-purposes exception in PECR — you may object at any time through the same control, with the same effect as withdrawing consent. For information you submit through a form, we rely on the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. For responding to your enquiry and telling you about Spirehawk, we rely on our legitimate interest in marketing our product to businesses, and you may object at any time.

Where we send you email about Spirehawk following a form submission, each message includes a means of unsubscribing.

These pages are served from the United States, and the providers identified in section 4 process information there. Transfers of personal information from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom to the United States are made in reliance on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

We retain marketing information for no longer than necessary for the purposes described in this notice, and we have not established a fixed retention period for visit records. You may request deletion at any time under section 6.

These pages are directed to businesses. They are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this notice from time to time. Revisions are posted on this page with an updated effective date.
